On this site I provide insights into the woodworking projects which I work on in my small basement workshop. In my professional life, holding a Ph.D. degree in med. Computerscience I’m doing something completly different. I’m trying to find a balance between being a Scrum Master and mobile iOS developer and doing something with handworking and powertools building things out of wood.
Since the space in my workshop is limited (2.5m x 5.1m) I’ll try to focus on creating small furniture. Those kind of small furniture should be made out of massive wood. I’d like to use handtoold and smaller hand driven machines as well as some small stationary machines as well. Space for a jointer or a bandsaw is currently not available.
