This project combines multiple techniques. The body consists out of self verneered 1mm ply wood. The veneer is american walnut. The edges where veneered with 2mm veneer. The inlays of the doors are made out of basswood Kumiko. The backside of the kumiko takes Shoji paper to give an additional contrast. The door handles were made out of the same wood types as the veneer and the Kumiko. Walnut and basswood.
